expertspeople.com is published by 1001712326 ONTARIO INC., trading as Experts People America (Ontario, Canada), and SARL Experts People Group (SIREN 812 222 206, France). Both companies are responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at welcome@expertspeople.com.

What we collect

Messages you send us: when you write to us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.

Visit statistics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, how you reached us). We also use Google Search Console, which gives us aggregated search performance data.

Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard connection data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.

Why we use it

To answer your requests, to understand and improve the site, and to keep it secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Who receives your data

Google (analytics and search tools) and Hostinger (website hosting and email). Your data may be processed outside Canada or the European Economic Area, with the safeguards these providers apply.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your request and meet our legal obligations. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its use, or to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to welcome@expertspeople.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in France, to the CNIL.
